Admission Guidelines 2026–27

✏️ 1. Application Process
  • Complete the online application form available on the school website.
  • Ensure all required fields are accurately filled, including personal, academic, and contact details.
📄 2. Submission of Documents
  • Online application form printout.
  • Birth certificate / proof of age (Class I only).
  • For Class I, age should be 6 years as on 31 Mar 2026 (NEP-2020).
  • Previous academic report cards.
  • Transfer Certificate duly signed by school authorities with PEN & UDISE No.
  • (PEN exempted for Class I admission).
  • Part-II Order / Movement Order / Serving Certificate copy.
  • Hard copy of Aadhaar Card of the ward.
  • 02 Passport-size photographs.
⚠️ Please ensure all documents are clear, legible, and certified where required.
📘 3. Admission Tests / Interviews
  • Admission test applicable only for students from non-APS schools.
  • Tests conducted on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
  • Results will be communicated within 2–3 days on the registered mobile number.
🔔 4. Notification of Admission
  • All submitted applications will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
  • Applicants will be informed of admission status within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Selected candidates will receive instructions regarding enrollment, fee payment, and orientation.

TC / Withdrawal

📢 TC / Withdrawal Process
  • Applicants are required to download and complete the TC / Withdrawal Application Form.
  • Clearance must be obtained from all concerned departments, including the Class Teacher.
  • The duly completed form, along with all clearances, must be submitted to the Main Office at least 10 days in advance of the date of requirement.
